Lipo discharge when its stored with full power?

Hi. I have a 3s lipo and i charge it up for 2-3 days ago and i forgot to take storage mode in it, today it shows 4.06 4.17 4.17
Could it be normal that the one is only 4.06?
It took me 1,5 hours to balance it up to 4.17.

Not normal. Sounds like a bad cell.

Ok, yes it not sounds normal but why could this happen?
I run the boat for 10 min and check the battery after an hour and it have 3.78 3.78 and the one that have low volt had 3.80.. Looks like it working normal but it strange that the one was discharged to 4.06 after i store it full charged.
