    Hobby King A-Spec G2 batteries

As title says does anyone has more info on these "new"batts? I've been using the A-spec 6S with good results (same as my Dynogis) and would like to hear more about this release. Thanks Gill

Gill theirs a guy over on rcgroups.com that has been doing some extensive lipo load testing on some of the best lipos around including some not so good ones. He bench tests & also tests in some pretty fast ducted fan jets with very interesting results, a couple of stand out batteries were Dinogy & Aspecs (not G2 type). The Aspec G2 he recently tested were down in every area compared to the original Aspec, not only was the G2 down but also run much higher temperatures.

Gill go to rcgroups.com & go to the forum, then under Batteries & Chargers section go to page 3 where you will see Battery Load Test Comparisons. Theirs over 90 pages with some very interesting testing & results, well worth a read through. The test on the G2 comparing with a number of other batteries including the original Aspec is on page 84. Regards Martin.

I have been using Nano tech batterierirs since I have started racing this year and I can feel and see the difference with the Nano tech to my other 4S batteries.

Just purchased the A Spec Gen2 4s and at this stage feels the same as my Nano techs. It has only been used 4 times so if it gets any better I would be really happy.

At this stage I will be continuing in using Nano techs as they don't lack anything to other batteries at almost twice the price.

Just wondering whether or not I should buy the aspecs for dinogys for my 8s tp5660 cheetah build. The aspecs are so much cheaper but just concerned as I have seen so much catch alight. Sorry to hijack

bro don't worry about the "web" stuff you see about lipos
many try and rip on some packs to sell others
I have and someone else on these forums had a Dinogy PUFF under normal use!
the ASpec packs rock and keep on going...

keep in mind Giant Power Lipos are the same exact lipos as dinogy, and sometimes less money!!!!
here is a fellow OSE member who sells Giant Power

Or you could just go directly to dinogy who has a 10% off code on the site. This makes them cheaper than some of the other guys selling giant power. I also sponsor boat racers and give free product for raffles to boating events. I got this brand off the ground and now some people are trying to ride on the wave I started. I'ts funny that Joe who does all the testing on these lipos says he wouldn't put Aspecs in his 12s jets because he doesn't trust them. Only dinogy will go in his stuff that matters. I am also available to answer questions and help you pick the best battery for your needs. Try to get answers about your boat problems or warranty service from a guy in China selling batteries on ebay.

Brushless55. I don't know what I ever did to you to desrve your constant put downs and always trying to steer people to another vendor for there dinogy battery needs. Sure they might be a few dollars cheaper but doesn't customer service mean anything anymore. I apologize for whatever I did to you and hope you can forgive me.

I've found with the A-Spec G2 the more cycles the better they get. I've got them in 10s split packs, which are two 5s packs in series packed together. I'm running a pair of them in a 1/8 scale sport hydro and they are performing great, I've got 4 of the 4000mah 65-130c 10s packs. Hobby king has a hell deal on them $89.99
