Hve a bby scat cat 26 with a 1800 kv motor 60 amp esc. Can anyone give me ideas for battery packs.

4S and 5S to really make it spin. Minimum 5000mah and 35+C rating. That motor will not pull that many amps unless you over prop it.
Since you are running a mild set up I would save weight and run 2x2S cells in series. I had that boat and also put ride pads on mine and ran a 700 brushed motor and 12 cells. Ran pretty good.
