i got a shockwave 26 from proboat, which 3 s pack do i need for this thing, going to order from hobby king . just not sure how to match the rite pack for the boat, i know at least 30c

Alien Power Systems shows what looks to be some fantastic ESC's . I have not tried any but the specs on them and the fact that the owner Bruno will custom will custom make what ever you want is a great plus.....although they look a little large but who cares....make it fit!!! LOL . Reports of much faster boats over the Castle are being reported as well.

Ideally you need a capacity no less than 5000mAh, 30 -40 C.
But you need to measure and know how big is your battery bay. The length of the battery would be how wide the boat is, and the thinkness of the pack which can not interfere with the closing of the hatch.

I have used the 5000mAh to great satisfaction, but it is on the thiick side and also out of stock.
The disadvantage of these packs is that you need to solder your own plugs ( whichever style you choose)

Thx for that link tlandauer. I found some 2s 40c-80c 5000mah that will fit in my UL-1 for only $35 shipped!!
