running 2 2S lipo parllel

can you run two 2S 1600mAh lipo in parallel to get a longer run time? this is for my 1/16 E-Revo, I was running two 6cell 1200mAh nimh batteries parallel for longer run time and now decided to go lipo. my thoughts is that it might not drain evenly when running two 2S lipo in parallel. as I am still new to lipo's

Yes you can and it will work fine. Just make sure you are using two of the same batteries(brand, mah, c rating) and all will go well. We do it all day long with the boats and I have done it with the traxxas 1/16 scale cars as well with no problems. The theory is the same for both.
