hyperion 6s 5000mah charging problem

hello, i just put a charge into these brand new batterys i checked them b 4 charging with my tester and it showed the volts of all 6 cells after charging it only showed 5 cell then total volts any ideas whats up with that please post

Broken tap lead.
Bad connection between tester and taps.
Bad tester.

when you say broken tap leads do you mean inside the pack because i dont understand why the tester works fine until pack gets fully charged i tried wiggling tester in taps. so i will get another tester and try that thanks, geno
