Replacing balance plug?

Can this be done? Where can I buy them from, due to running in slightly salty waters my balance plugs are slightly corroded to the point that some packs have issues when charging due to the poor quality contacts, a bit of contact cleaner and they work again but probably best to get some new plugs and then work out a way to protect

Ive used robotbirds for balance leads when ive made up batteries.

Yes it is possible. Just need decent/good soldering skills. And make sure you buy the same leads... I've done it a few times....
