    Battery recommendations

Hello OSE can anyone recommend a 2 battery 4s or 5s set up for my DF35 w/ a Leo 4082 22kv and 180amp esc. Which battery make should be used?? What is the best lipo battery for the buck?

    Again thanks

I agree with mamba. Much better than turnigy and even better than the gens.
They are the best of the lower cost batteries.

I have run gens ace and they're great, balance nicely and have good punch. I now have a bunch of zippy batteries and haven't had any issues they do heat up a bit more than the gens ace packs did though. A lot of people like the sky lipos but I haven't run them myself. So I would say Gens Ace if you can afford, then blue and if not sky lipo. Shipping is free on a lot of items on the hobbypartz website so factor that in before making a choice.

I really like Sky Lipo, if you are not racing, they work great for the price , balances out nicely.
I also like Gens but I have found that they don't last as long.
BTW, I order them at Hobby Partz. Problem is the most popular ones are also the ones most often out of stock.

Hobbypartz here as well. In fact, I haven't found them anywhere else.
