zippy lipo balance plug desoldered, help needed

Hey I have 4 zippy 5s 40c packs, they balance perfectly and I do like them only....2 of the 5 thin wires desoldered from the battery so now I can't check my cell balance. I am pretty good at soldering but this scares me a bit. Any reccomendations on what I should do, pull the pack apart or what? I am upset this happened and will post pictures later, the pack only has about 10 runs on it. I am in the process of placing a hobbyking order for more packs, if this is something only for the very advanced I will just sell it in the buy/sell if one of you guys has an interest. Thanks.

Not a big deal if you can solder, I've done it several times. Just tack it back where it belongs with a bit of solder.

Yes its not hard. I have had those wonderful hk packs do that. It really sucks when the cell tabs come apart, they are sometimes just krimped and tack welded. On aluminum (the tabs) you need zinc soder (I think) but if there is already solder on the wire you should be able to do it with minimal effort. Always be careful when opening a lipo pack, amd make sure you insulate the wires/tabs when you wrap it back up.

and make sure you dont short between the tabs with the soldering iron, results in a big spark and a shower of solder. Wear safety glasses if you dont normally when you solder.
