tips for storing NiMH batteries for a couple of months??

I have a couple of 7.2V and 8.4V packs for my son's Rio. I know what to do with my Lipos', but what about the NiMH batteries. Full charge ... or set the battery charger to discharge to 7.2 and 8.4 respectively and let them sit (cool dry place) at their nominal voltages?

    Thanks,
    Bob

Store at 1.0 volt per cell, and check the voltage monthly as it will drop with time.

But when you go to charge them up again, it is best to charge them at 1/10th C. It sometimes even takes a couple of cycles to get the full capacity back into them after storage.
See the danger. THEN DO IT ANYWAY!!!
