Something is definitely wrong with A, B looks good as long as the packs are 4s, but wait for more input! What kind of run time are you looking for?

Assuming packs are 4s, A would be 8s2p and B would be 4s4p.

I w be using 15271d spinning m447 with 4 x 5000mah packs So probably I will shooting for 5mins, 7 Mins tops. I will measure the packs after one run to check on juice left.

Look again A is nothing! You have to complete the circuit. You have the + of one pair and the - of another pair connected to the esc.
The + and - terminals of BOTH pairs of batteries must be connected to the esc to have a complete circuit. Then both would be 4s4p setups.
No idea where somebody gets 8s out of that! Nothing is even in series!
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

A will just add weight and give no power......................none

B is right assuming they are 4s packs
NEED PARALLEL CONNECTORS?? QUALITY 5.5MM, 8MM, 8 AND 10 AWG, GET THEM HERE: http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...est!&highlight=

                B is correct

B is correct .... as mentioned, A is not a complete circuit and current will not flow.

You are correct! the +'s are paralleled and connected to nothing.
