High Perfromance Charging what took me so long.

After my boat build, I never realized the time it took to charge batteries, My big cat uses (8) 6s, and I have (4)4s, (3) 2s Lipos that are used in other play boats.

I would spend hours and hours charging batteries.

With some direction from a heli pilot ( old Marine Corps buddy) I bought an FMA Power lab 6 and a parallel boad, A 24 volt power supply, I now can crank out batteries like a mad man.

I can charge (6) 6s batterys in about 35min. Ohhh there is a battery God.

Nice, that's the same setup I have. I had to charge 14 packs Friday for our race on the weekend and I didn't have to plan my whole day around it.

What type of connectors are you using? Deans? That's all I can find for a parallel board, nothing out there with bullet connectors?

I'm just using 6 x Deans to 5.5mm short adapters I made up. The biggest pain are the 5.5mm safety caps :)

Progressiverc makes a squid cable that u solder on the bullets. I have both pl8 and pl6 with 24v supply and I love them both!

I just desoldered the deans plugs and added 12G wire with my 5.5mm plugs. Wires are about 6" long. Drilled holes out first.

I like it too. Cool idea and with a 400W x2 charger I have there is alot less time charging and less hassle.

The new FMA MPA parallel board has bare wire ends so you can add your own bullets.

As Pescador stated, I ordered the bare wire board and use 8mm bullets.
