    Lipo battery issues

    I currently have a venom pro charger, and recently purchased hyperion 3g 45 c 5000 lipos. The balancer plug fits a 4 cell hole on the charger but the charger thinks the battery is a 3 cell battery and wont charge it. Im not that familiar with lipos and could use some help

      I believe the Venom comes with a JST-XH style balance plug, and your Hyperion 3g (3s?) balance plug is a different configuration than JST-XH. Read the section at the right Hyperion battery -> JST-XH balancer.

                      Thanks guys went to local hobby shop and got an adapter . Problem solved!!

                          I just change the pinout of the connector itself. Use a pin to slide the tabs out of the plastic connector body then re insert in the proper spot.
                          Did this after I lost an adapter at the pond.
                          If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?
