Organized racing and LiPo fire safety precautions.

I'd like to hear from racers of any organization.
What in your opinion is, or should be, the host clubs responsibility (if any) to insure the site is prepared for LiPo emergency? Other than of course making sure said organizations rules are followed.

Should there be a centrally located "Fire station" equipped with a bucket of sand, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, metal bucket, dust pan etc.??

Or, should this responsibility be left up to the individual racer, and if that's the case, how much of the above (or other) should the racer be required to have on site?

    Thanks in advance,
    Doug
