Hey everyone! After a very busy winter, graduation and wedding planning I finally pulled out my batteries and Pursuit today to run hopefully tomorrow. I noticed two things that I wanted to ask about.
First was, and I think I asked something like this last year, two of my 2s Nanotech lipos have a slight puff to them, nothing like a hot run puff but a definite depressability. I have run them before like that without issue but it still makes me a little nervous knowing they are like that. Is this really a problem or just a sign of aging lipos? I definitively want to pick up a 50C 5000-6000mAh pack here soon so I know I'm well into the safe discharge range of the packs but until then I still want to run my 3s and 2s 6000 mAh 25-50C Nano-Tech packs.
Secondly, Why does the total voltage on my charger say 12.6 (on a 3s) but each cell is like 4.17-4.18 not 4.2 which 4.2 x 3 = 12.6. This is what is stated at the finish of my charge cycle.
