Looking for a 10c+ charge rate battery ~1200-1600 mah

Hey guys! I have been focusing a lot of energy in an iPhone project recently that doubles the battery life of the phone, I recently had the idea of trying to fit and fab a new back that allows for larger batteries for the iPhone 4 and 4s and one of the things is a battery that would allow you to charge your phone in about 10 mins.
If anyone knows of a 1200-1600mah single cell that has a 10c charge rate let me know! (the higher the better for safety) I have a couple prospects but I figured you guys might know of a lot more! Thanks for any help! :):)
