    Transmitter lipo!

I have been using Team associated 3000mah lipo in my Airtronics M11 for a while, so far great results.
Anyone using similar lipo's for their transmitter?

using a rhino 1250 in a HK tx, works fine.
also using 8S nicad in a hitec radio and 8 rechargeable AA's in a futaba.

Good thread LiPos in TXs are a fantastic upgrade but with the difference in voltages it is nice to know that someone has done it succesfully before you, and what fits your set.

      I use a HiModel 3s 2200mAh LiPo in my Futaba 6EX.

I have often wondered if Spektrums that take 4 AA cells can run (at full power) on a single cell LiPo, and if so whether the low voltage alarm is adjustable/removable as even a fully charged LiPo would be the same volts as flat AAs.
