    Storage Charging LiPo

I just got a new charger that can do lots of nice things, but when do you need to do a "storage charge" on a LiPo pack? I mean I normally balance charge to full and run it down in a day or two. Basically, how long would I be okay leaving fully charged LiPo packs? I've got several more packs on the way and I won't be able to run them all when I go to the lake.

That depends on the pack maker. Some say a fully-charged pack is safe for one month of storage, others say no more than a week. I have left some packs for a month but I can't say if they were damaged or not. The "damage" is a loss of total capacity. I normally charge my packs the day before I use them.

That's good enough for me. I don't think mine will be charged for over a week without being used. I just wanted to make sure I didn't have to run them within 48 hours or anything. Thanks Fluid.
