2200 is really best suited for 4s. The higher the c rating the better. Always. Get some 5000 mah. You just need the seaking program card

Is this the card I need? http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...idProduct=2169

Honestly Im kinda new to the whole battery thing. Would 2s2p 6500mah 65-130c such as these work if I bought two of them?

I would run two 4s packs parallel instead of two 2s packs series.

Can someone please fill me in on parallel vs series. What is the difference and how I would get 4s and 5s.

Simply put, two 4s packs parallel with be able to deliver more power and less strain on the batteries than a 2s series setup will. Not sure what size can you have but my leopard 2200 is 4074 can and is a power hog. The 2s series wasn't really cutting it

Of course the better quality more expensive packs would prolly do fine on 2s series. I am using cheapie packs... So it's really based on you're budget to which direction you go. In Rc boating you get what you pay for....

Prob is either going to be a octura x442 or m445. My can is the 4074. Is there any way to wire 5s in series?

Yes. A 2s pack and a 3s pack of the same mah rating

What mah and discharge rate would you say to be the ultimate setup?
