Need Battery/Charger Recommendations

Got my hands on a Miss Geico. The setup is:
Leopard 4082
SeaKing 180
Grim Racer 42x55
Also have an Octura x440 3 blade

Batteries included are all 2 cells:
Turnigy 5800mah 25-35c 7.4
Venom 8.4 30c (cannot read mah rating)

This setup is just for backyard running. Previous owner said boat can be run on 6 cells...not sure if that is smart or not. Looking for a quality charger and a few sets of quality batteries. Any reccomendations would be appreciated.

The batteries perform great for the money they cost.
