battery mah and amps in paralell

if i run 2 x 3s2p 3000 mah 30c discharge lipo batteries in paralell, does that give me 6000 mah at 180 amps

2nd question - if i use the same 2 x 3s2p 3000 mah 30c discharge lipo batteries in series, does that give me 3000 mah at 22.2 volts and only 90 amps

1) Yes you have 6000mah with 180amps, but only 3s/11.1 volts.

2) Yes you will have 3000mah with 90 amps at 6s/22.2 volts
