Best LiPo single cells

Okay, everyone get in hear and give me your opinion.
I think I'm just going to build my own battery packs and need to know who carries the very best sub C single cell batteries and the other supplies needed to build your own along with the hammer head soldering head for a Weller 80 watt iron
