    Ebay 6.5 bullets?

Anyone try the latest design 6.5mm Ebay (read chinese made) bullets? I wanted to try and find some decent, but not overly expensive bullets in this size so I dont have to solder and resolder the bullets off my Castle motors. I found a rather different design bullet on Ebay and ordered a few. But would like to hear others experience if they have already gone down this road. I like the fact of this new series has the clamping or moveable side on the female end Vs what we pretty much have rallied around the split male bullet. My logic is that using both, we gain contact surface area in the combo.

Those arent new, seen them a few years ago too (they appear the same). order a set and see what you think, do not use high amp apps if they are what i remember the only contact surface is the top area and tight curves will splay the top area over time. Maybe they improved them.

Got them today and dont bother with them folks. They are quoted as 6.5mm bullets but in fact they are 6.5mm based on their exterior diameter. Not the contact surface. They are more like 3.5mm bullets dimensionaly. Still not a total waste of money. Both the male and female are split construction, the material is nice and thick. One of the few chi bullets that are built with a cup or well, instead of the drain holes on the side making soldering problematic if you like to use large diameter wire.
