    Nano-Tech "glitch" during charging

I noticed a "glitch" in the voltage/current graphs while charging a Nano-Tech (I know, I know Turnigy=bad!). Anyone have an idea what it could be? I think this is the same battery that just "stopped" momentarily during it's last outing but I was able to "re-start" and re-bind my FE-30 in the middle of the pond and finish the run.
    Very strange...loose cell connection maybe?

It sounds like a bad connector.

Turns out that at the 10 minute mark the ProTek momentarily stops charging and checks the voltage against the number of cells (4S & etc.). If the voltage checks out it continues to charge. I think the momentary stoppage while running was loss of the radio link and it took a few seconds to re-arm before I could start again.

It may be several things: a bad main leads connector, bad soldering on the main connectors, OR bad soldering within the pack connecting the cells to each other.

I have changed all the connectors the turnigy batteries come with, and I'll tell why.
When I changed the factory 5,5mm bullets for the first time it was because I had 4mm's on my ESC and didn't have any extra 5.5mm connectors.
Desoldering the factory bullets revealed something quite frustrating. The bullets were REALLY BADLY soldered to say the least. They don't pre-tin the bullets, and the wires first. They pre-tin only the wires put them into the bullets and hope that solder will do the trick on it's own.... BAD IDEA.
So I've changed, de- and re-soldered all the connectors on my own and friends' turnigy packs ever since and believe me, many of the connectors were soldered very badly. Some had even oxidation.

On the other hand, I'm satisfied with the quality of the cells themselves. I'm not saying turnigy's are bad, like some people do. Everyone has his/her favorite brand. There are some of us who can't afford the $$ packs. And I believe people have bad experiences with some of the turnigy lipos because of the bad solder job inside.... and that's a sad thing.
Sometimes I wonder whether the world is being run by smart people who are putting us on or by imbeciles who really mean it.
