Which Li-Po battery can i use

    Hey Everyone,
I have a motor from a Robbe boat, a BRUSHED 7.2V Super 600 22k. I'm not too sure which battery to use in this as the Boat PDF manual states using a Sanyo 7 N C2,4 k AMP.
It's going in a 17" small Boat. I think i should get a 2S, but not sure about the maH or the C Rating. There is no ESC just an old analog speed controller with 2 servo's, so i'm not sure what type of Amps this could handle.
Also is there a BEC that will work for a Brushed setup for a Futaba radio, if so please include links.

Thanks for the help ahead of time

That's a strange setup... I would say the motor should be able to handle 2s max. As far as that speed control I would personally not even bother with it, especially running lipo on it with no lvc... if you do use that speed control stick with nimh.
As for the bec any standard bec should work fine, it don't matter if your setup is brushless or brushed, the bec takes right from the batt.

    I use this one

thx for ur help, Did u see the video on youtube of my boat? for the first run i was happy.
lol yes it is, i had it when i was 16 and was just tinkering with it since i had the Super 600, i started tinkering with it.
Ok then i will look for an ESC for it. Hard to find a Brushed Boat ESC over 30Amps that will run Li-po's, know any?
So the motor is 25 amps max so i was thinking of a Turnigy 1400Mah 2S 15C Li-po. If i go that route how much Amps should the ESC be atleast 40a?
