Turnigy 2 cell 5000mah Battery will not charge

I just received the battery and plugged it into my Turnigy 4 port charger and it said low voltage and will not charge. I hooked a multimeter up to it and it read 4.06 volts and I know it should read much higher because the other 3 batteries I have read in the 7 volt range. One of the cells only says .76 volts. Is there anything I can try to get it to charge or is the battery dead?

    What do i do?

This is my first time using lipos.

    Thanks

it seems you've got bad luck. The cell with 0.76V is dead. You should contact HobbyKing immediately for a warranty replacement. Tell them you didn't charge the pack, cause if you charged the pack warranty is void. Read this please: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...po_policy.html

Sorry to hear that but sometimes that is what they do....
You would think there is one checking it before shipping...
Hopefully you got few ordered so you can run your boat anyways....
From my expirience waranty with Hobby King sucks!!!! With them is only one way street!
At least their price on most 2S 5000Mah 20-35S is below $30.00.... So get another few....
What if they ask you to ship the defective one back....???
Let us know what sollution will they have for you please.
      I would love to know......
      Good luck!
