I run a 120 Seaking ESC on my Geico boat and a 180 ESC on my Motley Crew boat, my question is if i run 5S to either of those boats do both batteries have to be the same C rating and mah rating, will this cause problems if they are not?
All cells in a setup need to have the same mAh and C ratings and should be the same brand. Yes, not doing so can cause problems. You don't want a smoking boat.....
