Depends on the watts of the charger, if those are 4 50 watt chargers you can charge 4 2s packs at higher amperage with the cellpro than the 50 watt chargers.
You can use that cellpro in two distinct halves and charge 2 2s packs on each port with the right connectors.
Plus you can log your charging through a usb port and upgrade firmware though usb.
That 4 port one is only a 50watt/port charger, would put out a max of 3.5 amps into a 4s pack, that would take way too long to charge at the pond.
Be great if all you run is 2s packs or as I think you said a great charger for getting the packs ready to go for the day.
I wish I had enough packs to not really have to worry about charging too much at the pond, fact is I'll have to have packs on charge right from the first run, and probably run my nitro boats while waiting sometimes!

I'm just about over the expensive part of electric boats, will have all pretty good quality support equipment, you can get started cheap enough but once the addiction really sinks in....
