4s lipos in series

thinking of running two turnigy 5000 mah 4s 40c packs in my genesis, esc is 180 seaking and a leapord 4082 1500kv turning a x642, will system handle this load? running in series.

If I understand you correctly, you want to run two 4S packs in series. When you run two 4S packs in series, you're feeding the controller and motor 8S worth of voltage. I believe the Seaking 180 is only rated to 6S so if you run that set up, expect your controller to
