Hi all im looking to replace my 4 yr old Poly RC 2s1p 7.4v 25c 5000 mah lipos due to high internal resitance a friend printed off a add from the Hobby partz website advertising a lipo called a Sky lipo 2s 5000 mah 30 c discharge rate selling for $25 . Are these lipos any good ? Im embarrased to mention what i paid for my Poly RC packs 4 yrs ago. What are the selling price's for a good 30c 5000 mah lipo nowadays? Where are good places to buy lipo's and what other considerations should i be looking at? Regards Andris Golts.

I haven't heard to much about the Sky's but the Blue lipos are suppose to be good and the gen ace lipo's they have are also suppose the be good. Myself (and a lot of members here) get Turnigy or Zippy lipos from hobbyking. Hobbypartz is a cool place to do business with though. I have used them a few times myself.

I wonder if the 40c are cheaper than the 30c because the 40c says USA warehouse. Maybe cuts down on shipping and customs. Good link, thanksComment
