What do you run your lvc at??

I've been running my lvc's at 3.0v for a while now. Most of the time I never hit the cutoff and bring it in before hand. I recently ran a small 3300mah 4s pack down to the cutoff. When I re-charged it, it took approx. 3250mah. That can't be good can it?? Seems like I should be using 80% or so of the packs capacity. My question is should I bump up my lvc to 3.2 or 3.4 so my lvc kicks in sooner? Or is 3v per cell an acceptable voltage to run down to and should I not worry about how much capacity I'm using?

I set mine between 3.3 and 3.4. Set it too high and the LCV can kick in while the pack is still full but high amp draw causes voltage depression.

I set my Seaking-180A at 3.3V/cell in my HPR115 and DF CyberStorm, had zero problems over one and half year with my Turnigy 6S 5000mAh packs.
