volt meter?

how do i check the voltage of the individual cells in a 2s lipo pack using a volt meter?

yup

just ordered it yesterday. but i couldnt wait. with 10 new packs arrived from HK/USA sitting on the shelf in my shop i just had to know if they were good or not.
