Battery discharge rate

HI,
I am new at this. Can anyone tell me if a 7cell, 8.4volt, 5000 mah, nimh battery pack will automaticly be capable of having at least a 30 amp discharge.

no unless they are high quality cells , only the best nicad/nimh can provide that type of current
