    using 2p

    I was wondering would running 2 - 2s 2650 mah packs as 2p be better then or same as running one 5000mah 2s pack. Looking at the turnigy nano-tech.
    thanks

      I don't know about twice the current. Assuming the c-rating is the same the 5000mah pack would put out 150 amps @ 30c rating (5.0 x 30 = 150a) and the 2650mah packs in parallel would supply 159 amps (2.65x30 =79.5amps each x 2=159amps)

          They are 25c but probably have a 50c max rating instead of a 40c max on your 30c lipos.

                Current (C rating) does NOT change by paralleling, etc. Only the mAh doubles in a 2P, volts in a 2S.
