    Lipo packs 35mm wide

Ok, I have the kyosho rc surfer with a supervee motor. It runs great on 3s. But the runtime stinks with my 2500mah pack. The area where the packs are held in, is molded to fit a stick style 6cell pack. So I'm limited on the width of the lipo packs I can use. About 35mm wide or so. Anyone know of any 35mm wide lipo packs in the 3000-4000mah range. All the 35mm packs I find are about 2600 max mah.

    A 6 cell Sub-C stick pack is wider than 35mm. Or is it a 6 cell 2/3 A pack?

The place where the pack is held has curved sides to hold the rounded edges of a stick style pack. I'm measuring just the flat area.

Steven, these fit in the battery tray for the Slash with room to spare. Great packs for the price (they're usually in stock).

My problem is that because the lipo packs have squared edges, I need a narrower pack.

I need to post a picture.

Here is a good example of what I'm up against.

I hear ya, Xacto and a straight edge? I am not aware of much smaller batteries, but then there are the nano guys; might find a long skinny there.

Are you limited by height? you could always parallel up a couple 2500 packs?
