As a matter of fact I do need some more James! I did not want to try the blackbird on the maiden voyage. I was going to try It after the ao9 out of the flash.

You need to give me a price and a pay pal addy or I can snail mail a money order. You name It.

The maiden voyage went Good! I was running some worn out 2400 packs and a 700. She was running wet and can take alot more power.I need some more cells!

Looks good to me. The difference between the voltage of a 2400 and 4200/4500is a world apart.

I bet! Also the packs where not so fresh older premade packs that where probally trashed back when I used a wall charger on them...

My 3800 packs are down right now.

Dude!! That was a fantastic first run..especially considering it was your first scratch build, on a boat of your own design!! You are a natural man..:D

It's funny that you ask about If I am going to use outboard power because, Most of the guys that own STV boats are wanting to use outboard power. The setback transum can take outboard power with no problem but, I don't think I will use It.

A 300 drag motor with nos on a STV has run 151. something mph.(Micheal Dixon)

I really need to work on some changes to the pharing to make It a little more scale...

I may just carve a plug out of foam...:)

why are you against using an outboard for your model? just curious.
