15 15 year old Dumas "Short stuff" makeover.

I just wanted to show you what reading this forum have inspired me to do.
My starting point was a Dumas "short stuff" that I bought some 15 years ago.
Never run in it's orginal state, just gathering dust in the back of my hobbyroom.
Armed with blue foam, an orbital sander, fiberglass, and varius Old rattlecans
I coated my hobby room with bluedust and made/mod in to this boat.
Witch I call "miss Bad paintjob".
And here is the original: http://www.dumasestore.com/catalog/p...roducts_id=256
The driveline is taken form an "arpro 700ep", that I found I had laying around.
(the Fiberglass job real bad, almost rotting.)

    Specs are as follows:
    Lenght: 50cm/ 20"
    Bow to transom: 43cm/ 17"
    Beam:16cm/ 6-1/4 inches
Motor: unknown outrunner marked 1520kv (taken from the ARPRO boat)
battery: 3s 2200mAh (taken from the ARPRO boat)
ESC:unknown 40amp(taken from the ARPRO boat)
    Prop: plastic ca. 40mm.

I tired the the hull and power package before adding the new top structure,
and was plessently suprised with how it preformed.
It held it own, running side by side my friends gass catamaran.
    (upploading to youtube now)

But after adding the the top structure, it have become an kenguru.
I suspect it has somthing to do with the creative 2" i added.
Anyone see somthing wrong?? feel free to coment
