Best Way To Attach Motor Mount

The motor mount in my cat is starting to pull loose. The mount is aluminum angle and the hull is carbon fiber. I don't know what was originally used to secure it but what should I use to resecure it? JB Weld, epoxy, if so what brand or type seems to work best? Thanks for any help or opinions.

I like to use 3/16"plywood epoxied down to the hull and put the countersunk bolts up thru it and then nut it from the top.

The best way is going thru the hull but many do not like to do that. If oyu use countersunk then you can cover them from under it before paint.
