ill start with 447 on 6s see what my temps are like + logged stuff then move onto 45/18/3's see what temps are like + logged stuff then order two 4s batterys to make a 7s set and let the fun begin.

how far did you let the stick go ??

I believe the boat has more speed on 6s but i couldn't try it because of small waves... certainly on 7s i'll see speeds 60mph+
Can you estimate the speed in that videos? (35-45mph)??

im bettin u will hit 60 on 6s.... considering it can be reached with 8xl's + 4s on 442 props

im hoping for 85/90 on 7s with the right props...

Hi,

Now got Miss-Tic almost ready to water and for the first smokes. The thecniks are at the momen 1940/8 + (4S testing) and 5S driving purposes.The next motors are on the way 1950/6 LK,WK, HiAmp with 5S. Yes this is with 2mm pianowire drives that seems to be working very nicely with these slim motors. Motors are way back with a 1,5 mm bent when set. Esc:s I have seakings 120a and 180a, but want to upgrade to robust YGE.

Here first picture un finished paintjob done (made by me when practisin painting wiht brush (first try ever). One layer to go and 2 layers o lackierung. In iny case a professional sill sand and paint it thogroughly during nex winter. There is plenty of primer and gelgoat is sanded.'
Colour will be sand, beige, brown (deset camo = marine from gulf war).

So there should be possibilities to go fast. Now its all about details.

I have been really busy with work and fly fishing and havent had much time to spent on boating. Just wanted to share a picture from yesterdays tests. I am so pleased with the paint that I wont take this to (pro-)painter as I had planned.
Thinking already to build mono or twin nitro cat during next year. Havent yet decided. Also dragboat would be cool.
