Did you put on the ride pads I included in the kit? The strut should be level on a table. If it is angled down it may make the transom hop or push the front under the waves. I will post a Picture ASAP the correct setup

I noticed in your build that you did not install the ride pads on the sponson bottoms. The boat will not ride right with out them.

you caught me , it wasnt in the manual instructions i got so i missed it (i actually used those pieces to make the transom doubler) , how can i get a couple more ? i could put them on aftermarket
i was wondering why i was having so much trouble , you told me about that earlier and i didnt catch how important they are !

ill see what i can come up with and get back to you

Thanks, they are all stainless, several different setups ie. Ball berring and bushing, dual Ball bearings. Lead teflon bushings and for the big stuff I am getting in to no teflon and thick brass bushings10S setups.

Looking at the pictures that is exactly what you need. the sponsons are running way too wet.once they are on the boat it will be a lot different.

not yet , im trying to contain myself long enough for my new rudder to get here so i can change my esc out too (with water cooling installed). i figure might as well take everything at once and try to do it the right way ! im just not real good at waiting till my ducks are all in a row you know , i get antsy usually and do what it takes to get done now ! i should have it ready to run again by monday.

thanx again for all the help , will keep posting !
