    Stainless turnfin

Went to a local scrap yard and found some thin stainless steel for a new turnfin for this Matrix rigger. The first one I had on this boat was an adjustable bracket that moved front or back untill I found the CG. Now that the CG is done I welded up this custom turnfin, it really stays sharp and is extra strong.

Thanks, the inside screws have blind T-nuts and extra wood, the back screws are just through the ply, so the back plate has silicone glue. Next time I will put extra wood for the back plate screws.
