C/g at 31 % i will have the Eagle Tree plugged in and should be able to see what Amps Watts this thing is pulling,will start with the X455

Thanks i put it in my local pond today for a leak test and had some water coming in from my rudder bracket bolts i had no sealant in them will take it back tomorrow for another test

Hi Matt i was going to run it on Saturday at manurewa but one of the brand new lipos only come up as 3s so Merv will have to get a replacement one for me, bummer not worth running on 8s i will let you know when i will be running it

Have to build something for myself soon. Just waiting to see what the club comes up with on the 2s class as a cheaper way to get back into it.

Hi Bruce how you doing, i charged up my new batt yesterday and one of them comes up as a 3s cell but it's a 4s no use running it on 8s will just have to wait for the replacement batt
But i have just been offered two Hyperion G3 VX - 6S 5500mAh (35C) for a price i can't refuse so will go have a look tomorrow see what i have to change to fit them in the boat might still be there on Sunday

That sucks about the batteries, nothing worse than being so close and having something like that happen.

I'm doing good, all these new boats being built is getting me motivated to build something. Almost asked Matt to order me a KB 45 the other night when he was making an order.

Really want to get back into it all but its a big cost for me seeing I sold most of my gear a couple of years back. Brought the girl friend a few prezzies recently though so now she won’t complain if I go spending money on myself

Whos talkin mr big spender Instead of buying a few kegs swallow a few harden up pills and get yourself a CC240 and some real lipos like Poly RC's
