How did you all prep the surface? obviously remove stickers, clean with spirits (not the top shelf kind) the 400 sand paper? What kind of paints did you use?"Look good doin' it"

Thanks! Long project, but I love it. Surface prep is not bad...hit it with 600 to 800 grit. Tack cloth it or wipe it. Lay down the primer, tape up the lines and go. I used auto-aire paint on this project, good quality but they do need to be thinned to go through the brush. Silver work is a combo of white, grey and met. silver and a lot of 1/8 tape for the layering effect.Stay in front and don't get sprayed!Comment
