I would spend my money on a SV27 or UL1 if I were you. You won't get the performance from that hull without replacing everything. And even then, the hull just wasn't made to go blistering fast.
Sorry man...My prop hasn't been wet in a while.Comment

Apache Brushless
I have an Apache that I converted last year that is using a Feigao 10L (2458kv) on 3S lipo (11.1V) 4500mah 25C. I am still running the original outdrive but I did convert it to .130 flex cable. I am using a Hacker 70-3P ESC.
This boat is well over twice a fast as stock. I would estimate 30-35mph on a Y534 plastic prop. The battery and ESC are barely warm and the motor is at most 120 degrees. It is on the ragged edge when I am heading into the wind and it has blown over more than once. It is a very light boat, especially in the bow, I may look into adding weight up there. I can forget trying to turn it with any speed though, it hooks and flips way to easily. I get a lot of use out of my rescue boat.
Your BlackJack hardware should help to prevent the hooking.
If I was you, I would step up to the .130 cable, it gives you room to grow. Use the 7/32" stuffing tube for the .130 cable with a teflon liner.
To install the new stuffing tube follow these instructions:
First, I would remove the steering servo so you can see the stuffing tube inside the hull.
The old stuffing tube can be removed fairly easily if you heat the stuffing tube at each end with a soldering iron. You normally can hear the epoxy crack when it releases its hold on the stuffing tube, be carefull to to "cook anything". Make sure you heat both ends since they are both epoxied and carefully twist and pull out the transom with some pliers. The plastic that is covering the stuffing tube below the transom is thin so be gentle. Once it is out, you can widen the stuffing tube hole on both ends with a 7/32" drill bit. Insert the 7/32" brass tube and cut to length. Then you can glue the stuffing tube in place by pouring epoxy through the cutout where the servo is mounted.
You may also need to reinforce the motor mount area, depending on how you mount the OSE motor mount, since it is very thin ABS in that area.
Your setup should be good to start with. The M440 might be a little big but your battery temps will let you know that. Just run it for a minute and bring it in to check the temps.
Let me know how the BlackJack hardware works, that may be my next purchase.
Sorry for the long post, just trying to be thorough.
Have fun,
