1:12 Scale Hydromite?

Was digging through my plans the other day and found my copy of the Doug Forrester 1/12 scale hydro. 26" version.

This is a sweet hull and probably the most similar hull to the UL1 I have seen.

I may see if Doug will allow me to pull mold from it.

hey i was just flipin through and saw this post , that is a nice hull , i got one from bby raceing ill be starting on soon. im gonna post the build on this site, it wont have near the equipment any of you guys have but i will do it justice. well i just thought id say hi and ul-1's rule !

i got the abs vacuformed hull , i just have to put some frame in and glue it together no plans came with (sorry). im doing the build with a graupner flex drive setup but its not the one suggested , its the hydro flex 111 rudder and strut setup. im gonna cut the rudder down some and offset it attach the strut to the hull and i picked up a turn fin online cheap. this will be my first full build.

Jesse,,,not sure how as they are full size plans on 3' paper.

I want to build one soon and then something may come out of it worth playing with.
