soldering shaft

was wondering what to use to solder shaft to flex cable ?? had some silver solder and flux but not happy with it. dosent flow and not sure of the joint bond, nothing like regular solder but had not used silver before. tks Al

if the flex shaft slips in the propshaft just use loctite 638 or 648 works perfect
