Zipp Kits SS Mono - Build thoughts

I am currently putting together the 46" SS Mono kit although I'm going a little different direction than normal.
Instead of a gas motor I'm going for twin electrics.

I am thinking of twin Leopard 4082's, 1600 KV or possibly 4092's, 1480 KV either setup on 6S each.
    Thoughts on either of these?

Does anyone have suggestions on where to start with props?
    2 blade or 3 blade?
    Bigger dia. or more pitch?
I'm thinking 3 blades somewhere around 50mm dia.

    Thanks, Mike

what do you want to do with it? SAW runs? laps? playing with long run times?

Id try propping for around 60-65mph and see what the data log says from there. You dont need big props. 42-52mm range will push it no problem.

chinese engines can be had for $135 shipped. gas is way more fun, way cheaper, way lighter....IJS

      Thanks Bande1,

I’m just playing around, both with the build and running it.
That is the kind of speeds I have been thinking so I will start with props for the low end and go from there.

I've done a couple other smaller electrics and just wanted to try my hand at a wood kit and twins.
I plan to do a gas boat next. My ultimate goal is to build a replica of my Fountain.
