Just layed the carbon in. I still have to wait for the temps to come up to prime and paint. I might get away with it Saturday. I was suppose to work but now have the day off if the wifes to do list is not too long.

TTH I agree I used to love the way this thing handled. At the time I was only running the SV system so this should be interesting.

Ready for paint

I put some carbon on the transom. It felt a little weak. I did the same thing on the right sponson where the turn fin is mounted. I would put this in the inside but there is no way you can get your fingers in there. Drive line was a little off so I straightened that out. Now no binding at all. Hull is completely ready for paint.

I cant wait til it gets warm again.

Nice looking work. I like the idea of putting carbon on the transom as a stiffener. She is coming along nicely. You will love this boat once you add more power.

Nice work Will!
For the turn fin I would lay a straight edge across the bottom of the boat and the mount your bracket 90 degrees to it.
Make sure you have some fore and aft adjustment in the fin.
