convert my miss budweiser 1/12?

Hi guys,
I want to convert my nitro miss budweiser 1/12 to brushless.
If anyone has done it or if anyone can assist to me i'll appreciate it.
Exsept of motor and esc what would i need in order to do this. would i need some building? doe's anyone has some pictures to post in order to get the general idea?
