anyone use true composites carbon fiber repair?

Just ordered this off amazon and i seem like I bought some horrible stuff. This epoxy wont harden for anything. Its making a sticky mess of my boat. Really disappointed!

I have heard of others with the same problem... still sticky after 3 days or more...following mixing at 1 to 1 ratio....contack company or seller...
